We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

The apartment is located inside a large property on 2 levels, divided into several residential units; it is composed of a spacious kitchen, 3 double bedrooms, 2 of which with divisible beds, bathroom with shower and outdoor space for outdoor dining.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 8:00 pm, a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- only small pets are allowed, with a €30 supplement for cleaning
- deposit (mandatory): €150.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3:00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- in case of use of the external BBQ, it must be left clean after each use (for good neighborly rules), otherwise we will have to withhold €50 from the security deposit
