The apartment is located in the center of the town's waterfront, in an ideal position for your beach holiday, given its direct access to the beach via the passage located on the back of the building.
This makes it ideal for children as they manage to avoid busy roads.
Finding us in the center of the village, it is not necessary to use the car during your stay because you will have all the primary services of the town just a few meters away (pharmacy, market, bars, restaurants and various shops).
The 80 sqm apartment, equipped with AIR CONDITIONING, is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
The living room has a table for 6 people, a sofa and a 32 '' LCD TV with digital terrestrial.
The kitchen is equipped with all necessary services (hob, oven, fridge, frezer, sink), crockery and various utensils.
Both bedrooms have a double bed, a single bed and large closets plus doors.
The bathroom has brand new sanitary ware and is served as a shower.
The apartment is equipped with a washing machine.
To maintain comfort even on the hottest days we have installed an air conditioning system.
