"Les Griffes House" is a spacious apartment of about 90 square meters, equipped with all comforts, on the first floor of a building of the '400 in the heart of the historic center of Florence.
At 500 meters from Ponte Vecchio it has a privileged position: located in "Oltrarno", the trendiest district of Florence, it offers the opportunity to reach all the historical sites of Florence, walking through characteristic streets and the picturesque "Lungarno".

The apartment, of large size and recently renovated, can comfortably accommodate 8 people. It is equipped with: two large double bedrooms, each of which offers the possibility of a third place thanks to the presence of a sofa bed; a large living room with a double sofa bed, an eight-seated table, and a smart TV; a spacious fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, fridge and freezer, which leads to a very nice balcony; two bathrooms with shower and bidet, one of which is on suite, and a small closet.
Each room has air conditioning and high speed internet (wifi).
At disposal of our guests hairdryer, ironing board, iron and a safety locker.
If requested, it is possible to have 2 cribs for children up to three years.
The apartment is on the first floor of a small historic building, with 27 smooth steps; It can accommodate large families with small children, or small groups, allowing each guest to enjoy their privacy.
Check-in is after 16.00 and check-out at 10.00 a. m .. Guests arriving in the city in the morning or leaving in the afternoon can use the free luggage storage service, from 10.00 to 20. 00, in a safe place located at 100 meters from Piazza della Signoria. The indications will be communicated at the time of booking and at the request of guests.
The apartment is located in a very exclusive district of Florence, between San Frediano and Santo Spirito, known as the "coolest" in the world thanks to the countless entertainment and catering services, for people of all ages, offered by the typical small restaurants and bistrot that populate the characteristic streets.
In the immediate vicinity all useful services and, at 100 meters, a well-stocked supermarket.

The apartment is easily reachable on foot from S. M. Novella station (about 15 minutes) or by bus (8 min). for people arriving by car, there is a Garage Parking at about 400 meters.
The bus stop is very close to the apartment and it runs through all the City.
