Private parking inside the property. The all inclusive formula includes energy consumption relating to water, electricity and gas, internet and final cleaning. In winter, where necessary, heating consumption is calculated and charged. The deposit of Euro 400.00 is to be given in cash on arrival. Charging batteries of electric vehicles at the house is not allowed.
