The ideal place for couples or families who want to visit the historic center of Florence on foot, close to all the city's attractions.

The apartment has just been renovated and is located in one of the most beautiful and prestigious street in the center of Florence, on the 2nd floor of a historic building (therefore without a lift).

The accommodation consists of: living room with dining area, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 bathroom with shower.

They can accommodate up to 4 people, ideal for a family or two couples.

Main services available:
air conditioning (in all rooms), heating, tv, free wifi, sheets, towels, soap, equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, coffee maker, toaster, iron and ironing board.

City tax
The City of Florence provides a tourist tax of € 3 per person per night, up to a maximum of 7 nights, excluding children under 12 years of age (free). The tourist tax is levied directly by Air Bnb.

Security deposit
If you break or steal something, you can be charged up to € 150.

Central heating available:
from 01/01 until 30/04.
from 01/11 until 31/12.

How to reach the apartment?

For those arriving by plane:
From the airport you can reach the apartment by taxi (20 minutes) or by public transport (bus / tram) to Santa Maria Novella Station and then by walking (15 min) or by the center bus line "C1".

For those arriving by train:
The apartment can be reached on foot (15 min) either from the central station of Santa Maria Novella or from that of Campo Marte.

For those arriving by car:
The apartment is located in a restricted traffic area (ZTL).

Parking area
There is a private parking called Garage Oriuolo just in front of the house (if you park there you can enter into the restricted traffic area with your car avoiding the fine).

Public bikes
Using the App "Mobike" you can easily rent public bicycles (the orange ones you can find in the streets of the center or through the App). The cost is around 50 cents every 30 minutes ride.
