"Casa OLIMPIA" is a charming apartment located in an ancient building in the heart of the historic center of Lucca within its medieval walls.
The views of the large windows give light to the rooms and look at an ancient church, now used for art exhibitions and classical music concerts, and the Piazza del Suffragio where the Luigi Boccherini music school is located, from which it is possible to listen in the background for several hours of the day enjoyable classical music. The apartment has a beautiful terrace where you can read, have a drink or eat in absolute silence in a historical and suggestive scenario.
It is an apartment particularly suitable for people who seek tranquility, elegance and love to be immersed in art, however it is just a few minutes away from the main shopping street, typical restaurants, groceries, historic ovens and pizzerias, pharmacies, theater, and churches open for exhibitions and concerts.
Access to the house is from a private garden on which there is a rare walnut tree that offers a pleasant shelter from the hottest hours of the day as well as a view of the greenery.
The apartment is equipped with complete linen and once a week cleaning will be provided.
"CASA OLIMPIA" is a bright first floor apartment of 85 square meters for two people reached by a few external stairs that cross the private garden.
The apartment is equipped with WI FI, air conditioning, independent heating and two bicycles for guests.
The furnishings are treated in detail. Natural fabrics, vintage prints and design objects were chosen. The predominant color is ivory, the wooden floors. The apartment has coffered ceilings in typical Lucchese wood, very high, large windows with splendid views and offering lots of light. A library has been created from an ancient stone portal.
The apartment consists of a comfortable kitchen in wood and Carrara marble and equipped with an electric oven, microwave, five-burner hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and complete accessories. The living area consists of a large sofa, two comfortable reading armchairs, an antique dining table with 4 seats, a 42 ”flat screen TV, decoder and DVD. This area is communicating with an enchanting terrace equipped for pleasant breakfasts or dinners in absolute privacy.
The bedroom is large with a king-size double bed, two bedside tables, sliding wardrobe and a large mirror. In the bathroom there is a large shower with glass door, sink, toilet, bidet and an antique cabinet. Other closet in the hallway and washing machine.
The atmosphere of this apartment is very romantic.
