This luxury apartment (built 2007) is situated on the first floor. It is just one mile from the popular Sunny Beach resort and 10 min drive from Old Nessebar.
It has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, and a double bed-settee in the open plan living area. It will comfortably sleep six and is more spacious than the other two-bedroom apartments in the complex (approx. 20 m²). In addition to the shower room there is a second toilet. There is a large balcony overlooking one of the pools (including children's pool).
The kitchen/dining/living area is open plan and well equipped with an oven, hob, washing machine, TV CD/DVD and Wi-Fi. There is also remote controlled air-con in all the rooms. The entrance hall on the ground floor is ideal for storage e.g. prams, etc. The complex has secure access and parking facilities, and is about five minutes walk to the the nearest bus stop for access to Sunny Beach, Nessebar and other local towns.
