The villa is situated in a quiet residential area on the hillside overlooking the village of St Gély du Fesc. The village centre is within easy walking distance (10 minutes) and Montpellier is just a short drive away (15 by car minutes to centre). In addition to the 18-hole golf course, there is also a 80 hectare deer park situated 200m away along the same road.

There is a large beamed living room with fireplace overlooking the terrace and swimming pool (11m x 5m), an adjoining dining area and fully equipped kitchen. A second terrace offers a built-in barbecue.

The villa is well-located for visiting the coast to the south (beaches 30 minutes by car, the Camargue 45 minutes), the Cevennes mountains to the north (with the Gorges de l'Hérault offering activities such as kayaking, climbing, caving), the historic towns of Nimes, St Guilhem le Dessert, Avignon, Arles Aigues-Mortes, Carcassonne within easy reach. There are many local vineyards and attractive medieval villages close-by.

The village of St Gely has all the amenities you need, as well as an outdoor market on Thursdays and Saturdays. It's possible to walk from the villa to the centre of the village via pathways in less than 10 minutes.



PLEASE NOTE: The villa can be rented as a five-bedroom property with 2 kitchens and bathrooms ( min. 2/3 weeks) or as a three-bedroom, 1 bathroomed property, priced below (with separate two-room apartment reserved for owners' use). Prices quoted are for the 3-bedroom property. When the 3-bedroomed property is rented, we do not rent out the 2-room apartment to other guests.
