Access to the villa is via a staircase leading to the main entrance. On this level, you will find a spacious and bright living room, arranged in two seating areas, with a dining table and panoramic 180º sea views.



The large, fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the main terrace, where you will find a summer kitchen, a large outdoor dining table, and a cozy lounge area—perfect for enjoying meals and evenings outdoors. This level also includes a guest toilet.



On a lower level is the large private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and offering truly spectacular sea views—a perfect space for relaxation and unwinding.
