The villa is accessed via the upper floor, which features a living room with Smart TV and dining area. Through sliding doors, you reach the spacious balcony with an outdoor dining table and automatic awning — ideal for al fresco meals with sea views.
The fully equipped kitchen and a separate guest toilet are also located on this floor.
There is a double bedroom with a shower cabin and sink.
Lower Floor
One level down is the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (with bathtub), offering direct sea views from the bed.
There is a second bedroom with two single beds and a third double bedroom with sliding doors leading directly to the pool area.
The second full bathroom includes a bathtub.
A laundry room with washing machine and iron is also available.
