Memory House is an apartment which has been completely restored, in typical Tuscan style, of an old farmhouse, very comfortably furnished with the addition of some antique furniture. Original characteristics such as beamed ceilings, and terracotta floors have all been retained while modern facilities including air conditioning, flat screen satellite television, ensure your comfort.

The living room and the double bedroom both have a door opening onto the exclusive outdoor area, which is furnished with a table and chairs, it’s tempting to dine al fresco with a good glass of wine.


Close to the farmhouse is a large beautifully positioned swimming pool (14m x 7m), surrounded by lawn, where you can have a stunning views of the countryside and amazing San Gimignano perched on the hillside.

The residence is divided into seven lovely apartments, some of those with residents while others are rented for holiday short period.

Memory House is a perfect location from which to explore the area with gorgeous San Gimignano being just 6 kms away from. Known as The City of Towers it is a fascinating place to explore, with many craft shops, local art galleries, and historic monuments, as well as an excellent selection of restaurants. 15km away is the town of Poggibonsi which has road, rail and bus links to Florence and Siena making both of these towns easily accessible


The parking is inside the residence, reachable through a secondary unpaved road of about 2.9 km. The road that is adjacent to the Residence and the swimming pool continues as a connection to another tourist facility and some rare houses, but it is scarcely frequented. From the pool, and indeed from all corners, are stunning views of the countryside and amazing San Gimignano towers, as well as Via Francigena road with the archaeological excavations of the Roman villa Aiano-Torraccia di Chiusi.
