The apartment has a total area of 100 sq.m. There are two entrances, one (private) from the sea and one from the main entrance of the building. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, a washing machine, electric stove, fridge, kettle, ironing board and iron, solar water heater, 2 TVs.Morevoer, there is a free NETFLIX service accessible by the 32 Smart TV in the Living-room. There is also a newly installed 24,000 BTU Air Conditioning unit sufficient for the total area of the appartment.In the courtyard of the house there is a kiosk available for use by guests.The house is ideally located. Exiting the courtyard is the long sandy beach of Peramos and the crystal clear sea. The house overlooks the sea and the castle of the area. Within a 5-minute walk you are in the center of Peramos and a 2-minute drive to all Ammolofoi beaches. There is mini-market next to the house and super-market within 2 minutes by car.
