House Hedera is a lovely property situated in Pobrežje, on a hill above Mokošica and Rijeka dubrovačka. Surrounded by a beautiful garden, it is ideal for guests who prefer to stay away from the busy center of Dubrovnik but still within only about a 7-minute drive. This house is convenient for families or friends who want to spend a peaceful holiday in a stylish home in a rural area.

House Hedera is a modern semi-detached house on two levels that can accommodate up to 8+2 guests. It consists of 4 bedrooms, an open-plan living room / dining room / kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 2 terraces, a balcony, a private swimming pool, and parking.

The ground floor contains 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed and the other with two single beds 90x200 cm that can be pushed together as a double), a bathroom with shower, a full kitchen, a dining area, and a living room. The newly built infinity swimming pool and main terrace are right outside the spacious living room. The second terrace with a built-in BBQ and patio table for 8 is on the other side of the house.

Heading upstairs to the first floor, guests will find the third bedroom (160x200 cm) and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom also leads onto a 30 m² balcony with an outdoor lounge and amazing views of the sea, Gruž Harbour, and Lapad peninsula.

In addition, there is a separate bedroom and bathroom, providing extra comfort and privacy for larger groups.

House Hedera has a private parking place outside.

Situated about 4 km from Dubrovnik downtown and 8 km from Dubrovnik Old Town, Pobrežje is a calm neighborhood in a green and relaxing environment. As shops, restaurants, and beaches are not within walking distance, a car is recommended for your stay. Several rent-a-car companies are available at Dubrovnik Airport, and it is recommended to book in advance. The nearest supermarket and ATM are 2.5 km away.

House Hedera sleeps 8 (+2).Possibility to accommodate 2 additional guests on the sofa bed in the living room. Use of sofa bed costs 20 € per person per night.

Pets are welcome with an additional charge of 10 € per pet per day.

This property features self check in via key lock box. You will receive your code on check in day at 17:00, or earlier in case the villa has been cleaned before. We kindly ask you to provide us with your approximate arrival time so we can prepare the villa for you on time. In case you arrive in Dubrovnik before 17:00 and your accommodation is not ready yet feel free to leave your luggage at our reception, located at Ivana Matijaševića 14 street while exploring the town or enjoying your lunch at one of the nearby restaurants. As soon as the property is ready we will contact you.
