Sur y Sol 16 - Two Bed is a charmingly renovated apartment located in the beautiful town of Los Cristianos, Tenerife. Situated within a complex, it offers a spacious pool area with plenty of sun loungers. The apartment itself features two delightful terraces, each blessed with abundant sunshine at different times of the day. Both terraces are tastefully furnished, complete with a patio table and chairs. While one offers a glimpse of the pool, the other treats you to breath-taking mountain views. The complex now has a heated pool.

Step inside the apartment and you'll discover a cosy lounge area adorned with a generously sized, comfortable sofa and an accompanying armchair. For your entertainment needs, a flat-screen Smart TV (so be sure to take your NetFlix log in details). Additionally, there's a DVD player, music stereo, and WiFi internet access, ensuring you stay connected and entertained during your stay. The kitchen/dining area boasts modern amenities, including an oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster. A well-appointed dining table and chairs complete the setup. Moreover, guests can make use of the security safe provided for their convenience.

The apartment comprises two inviting bedrooms, one featuring a double bed and the other equipped with two single beds. Both bedrooms offer ample storage space with fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables, and bedside lights, ensuring you have a comfortable and organized stay. The family bathroom presents a relaxing atmosphere, featuring a bath with an overhead shower, a wash hand basin, a WC, and a washing machine.

Please note that due to three steps leading down into the apartment and limited space inside, it is not suitable for individuals with disabilities or wheelchair users.

Furthermore, it's important to mention that the apartment's owner has a policy of not allowing children to stay in the premises. Also the owner doesn't allow groups of all males or all females.
