Apartment Marmot is a superb newly built two bedroom ground floor apartment in the beautiful historic village of Samoens. Please note the second bedroom is a small bunkroom. It comfortably sleeps 4 people and is ideally located 5 mins walk to the village centre which has an excellent selection of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops. It is located directly opposite the free Grand Massif ski bus. An ideal winter and summer destination. 260km of ski trails in the winter and hiking, biking, rafting and swimming in the summer months.

Master bedroom: Includes king size bed, double wardrobe (with plenty of hanging space, shelves and drawer), chest of drawers and access to sunny terrace/garden. All linen and towels are provided.
Bunkroom: Small bunkroom with full sized bunk beds and built in wardrobe.
Kitchen/dining/living area: Kitchen includes dishwasher, induction hob, oven/grill, large fridge/freezer, kettle, Nespresso machine and range of kitchen utensils and crockery. Relaxing seating area has a tv/dvd player, wireless music speaker, free wifi and patio doors providing access to the terrace/garden.
Shower room: Shower, sink, heated towel rail and separate toilet.
Outside area: Patio terrace and small garden where you can relax and enjoy the mountain views.

Check in time is 5pm and check out is 10am. Apartment Marmot is managed by Flat Peak (who are located in Samoens) and are available for meet and greet and key handover as well as any other assistance required throughout your stay. we will be available on email or phone if required.

Check in day is flexible and minimum stay is 4 nights. End of stay cleaning is included.
A cot (without linen) is available on request
