The property is encased within walled boundaries and is surrounded by a salt swimming pool, orchard, and delightful tropical gardens. The salt pool provides a refreshing alternative to chlorine, while the orchard is full of the fruits of life: orange, tangerine, mango, red grape, fig, carob, and olive. The landscaped gardens are of a tropical nature and provide a pleasant backdrop while walking around.
The light and bright bedrooms take advantage of the great views of the locality and provide sumptuous accommodation as they have been tastefully decorated and furnished to a high standard, two of which have ensuite bathroom facilities. One of the bedrooms has twin beds and the other bedrooms have a King Size and Queen Bed. The ground-floor bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead directly out onto the outdoor terrace and swimming pool.
The fully equipped fitted kitchen and oak-style dining table with high-backed leather chairs provide comfortable seating for home-cooked evenings. Large sliding doors connect the lounge and kitchen for an open-plan contemporary feel.
Stylish furniture complements the neutral shades of the decor and is evidenced in the lounge which has a pine drinks cabinet from where we operate an honesty bar, a large family leather sofa, several artifacts, flat screen TV, DVD, and Broadband. The wood-burning stove offers the opportunity for warm fires on the odd winter evening. The views are simply stunning as the terrain has been brought into the living space.
