Villa Meli-Milon is a recently renovated home of undefined age (over 200 years old), built on the edge of the old village of Grimpiliana in Kolymvari, at the foot of the massif of Cape Spathas. The villa retains its traditional architecture adjusted to the current needs and modern life.It is situated just 800 meters from Kolymvari beach and the five star hotels in the area.

Our property is rented for the first time. The space retains its traditional architecture .There are signs of the old use of the site and some of its items are discreetly positioned in the rooms. There is modern equipment, in a relaxed and light decoration style , all made with great care by the owner.

Visitors sitting on the balcony can enjoy in absolute peace and quiet the wonderful views . Our Villa overlooks Kolymvari beach, the bay of Chania, the fertile valley ,the snow-capped White Mountains and the massif of Cape Spatha, at the foot of which our property lies. An ideal combination of sea, plain and mountain. Lovers of swimming, hiking and cycling have unlimited choices ......

At 400-700 meters, you can enjoy your coffee and drink in cafes and traditional cuisine at the taverns of the area. The location around is not only rich in natural beauty, but also in historical and religious monuments (In our villa will find relevant maps and directions).

Guests have access to all parts of the Villa. We are to our guests’ disposal to fulfill their needs and treat them a hospitable experience. Our neighborhood and our village are more than 500 years old. The houses in the old settlement of the village are next to each other as they were built in the old days (because this way they were adequately protected from enemies, pirates etc).Walking through the narrow streets of our village will actually bring to your mind scenes of films set in medieval towns.
