Beautiful newly renovated house with great sea views and wonderful pools. Located in the best area of the south of Gran Canaria, at a walking distance from the lighthouse of Maspalomas and a five minute walk to the nearest beach. The house has three floors; in the main one there is a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a large TV. It opens onto a terrace with a dining table for 8 people, from which there is access to a very quiet private garden with two sun loungers. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, the main one with a double bed, two full wardrobes and a small terrace with beautiful sea views, and the other one with two single beds and a full closet. There is also a large bathroom. On the ground floor there is a living room with a large sofa, TV, children's area, bathroom and a large room with two bunk beds, ideal for families with children. The access to the house is through another terrace where there is another dining table, and a wooden house for children. In the entrance there is a small washing area with washer and dryer, and on the access terrace there is a drying rack and ropes to let dry the beach towels. The two terraces of the house have opposite orientations, so that you can always enjoy the sun or the shade, whatever you prefer.
The nearest beach is Meloneras beach, at a 5 minute walk from the house. Next to the beach there is a shopping center with restaurants, nightclub and a small supermarket that opens every day. One of the main assets of the house is its location; you can go walking to the lighthouse of Maspalmas by one of the most beautiful walks on the sea side of the island. In this area is where the best hotels and restaurants are, in addition to terraces and brand stores. There is a bike path just beside the resort that goes from the beach of Meloneras to Maspalomas.
