House is located in small village Stifanici,12 km away from Porec(main touristic town in Istria)where you will find all large supermarkets and shopping centre.It has just been refurbished from the old staple so all the furniture is brand new.
Very peacefull,with great views ,house offers complete relaxation for your family.Village is situated in the middle of Istria therefore it is ideal for exploring the whole peninsula.There is a whirlpool with all the outside furniture .Best beaches are close by.Truffle towns of Motovun and Groznjan are only 15 km away.If you are cycling the bike route passes through the village.It is very warm in the winter with the floor heating all around,fire place(you can bbq there) and 2 powerfull air conditioners.In summer ,it keeps cool with 60 cm thick walls.Walking routes begin at your doorstep.
