Welcome to our stunning fully detached villa, a tranquil escape perfect for your next holiday. This spacious 3-bedroom property features two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom – each with its own balcony. The rear of the villa offers partial sea views, while the front boasts uninterrupted, breathtaking mountain vistas. Evenings here are magical, especially with a glass of wine, as you enjoy the twinkling lights from the nearby mountain villages of Peyia, Kathikas, and Tala.

Perfect Location

Conveniently located just 20 minutes from Paphos International Airport, the villa sits in a quiet residential area that borders beautiful agricultural land. It’s ideally positioned for peace and privacy, yet within 15–20 minutes’ drive of both the vibrant Paphos Harbour and the lively Coral Bay nightlife. Please note: a car or alternative transport is essential, as the village does not have a public transport link.

Spacious & Comfortable Interior

Bedrooms: 2 double rooms and 1 twin room. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with fitted wardrobes, hairdryers, and come with hotel-quality Egyptian cotton bed linen, bathroom towels, and beach towels.

Bathrooms: A family bathroom upstairs, plus a downstairs cloakroom.
Living Area: Open-plan ground floor with two large, comfy sofas, a dining table for 8 (plus a high chair), satellite TV, DVD player, portable radio, and Wi-Fi internet access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with a microwave, filter coffee machine, washing machine, and all necessary cookware and utensils.

Climate Control

The villa is fully air-conditioned, with units that also provide heating during the cooler months. All units were updated in May 2025 to meet new environmental standards.

Outdoor Oasis

The private garden wraps around the villa and is bathed in sunlight all day. It offers complete privacy, surrounded by lush flowering plants and tall bushes that bloom most of the year. At the heart of the garden is an 8m x 4m private pool (1.8m deep at the deep end, 0.7m at the shallow) – serviced twice a week to ensure crystal-clear water. A garden maintenance team visits weekly to keep everything pristine and well-watered.

Visit during November or December and enjoy freshly picked citrus fruit straight from the garden – including lemons and mandarins.

Terrace & Outdoor Dining

Relax on sun loungers, fire up the stainless steel BBQ, or dine under the traditional tiled-roof pergola while keeping an eye on the kids. The pool and garden are fully lit for evening swims or romantic nights under the stars.

Parking

The villa has private off-street parking for two vehicles, accessible via a private driveway.
