The modernly furnished luxury Villa Kate is a 4-star villa in central Istria, located in a quiet location in the town of Žminj. It offers a comfortable place for the maximum of 12 guests. All rooms are fully furnished, they also have a LCD TV and an air conditioning. There are 4 bedrooms with double beds, 4 bathrooms and 1 separate WC. Bathrooms are equipped with shower, bathtub and a washing machine. In the main living area you can find a fully equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and modern appliances. Next to the kitchen, there's a dining area and a comfortable living room. Villa Kate is situated on a large plot of 1200 m2 and offers exceptional comfort and privacy. This villa has an outdoor pool and a large indoor heated pool. Pool heating fee €40 per day upon request. The house also offers additional content such as table tennis, table football and a children's playground, as well as a sauna in which you can relax. Groups of young people are not allowed.
