Tucked away in the serene village of Spartia on the island of Kefalonia, Hidden Gem Estate is a high-end private villa that offers a rare blend of luxury and natural beauty. Set within 5 acres of lush gardens, mature trees, a vineyard, fruit orchards, and an olive grove, this secluded estate provides absolute privacy and tranquility.

Arriving at the impressive gated entrance to the estate, you will enter along the private driveway, which leads you up to the residence itself. The villa is 525 square meters and accommodates up to 10 guests but smaller groups are equally welcome, with the entire estate reserved for exclusive use regardless of group size. There are 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large living and dining room with patio doors that lead unto spacious verandas. The eat in kitchen is fully equipped. When the upstairs of the villa is booked, the 3 apartments on the ground level facing the pool remain closed. Designed with a refined mix of traditional charm and modern comfort, the villa is finished to the highest standards. For celebrations such as weddings, the pool area can host up to 250 guests against a backdrop of panoramic views stretching from the Ionian Sea to the majestic peak of Mount Ainos.

Guests can enjoy alfresco dining in the enclosed poolside gazebo, complete with a fully equipped kitchen and gas barbeque. For a more personalized experience, a private chef can be arranged. The estate also offers curated excursions, including private boat tours and island adventures.

The large pool has a children's section. There are 2 toilets and a shower by the pool area.

Kefalonia's iconic attractions are easily accessible by car from the villa - whether it's the underground wonder of Melissani Lake, the ancient beauty of Drogarti Cave, or the historic St. Gerasimos Monastery. Wine lovers can visit the local cooperative to sample the region's renowned Robolo wines. A drive north leads to the idyllic port of Fiskardo, passing Myrtos beach and the charming town of Assos along the way. On the return journey, guests can explore the port towns of Sami and Agia Efimia. The island's captital, Argostoli, is just 15 minutes away. Spartia beach is less than a kilometer away. The village square is within walking distance from the villa and has a restaurant, cafe bar and small grocery shop.
