Apartment Sara is a spacious and newly renovated apartment with a balcony located in the Veli Maj settlement, near Poreč. It is spread over two floors (the first and second floors of this building) and consists of three bedrooms with double beds, a kitchen, and a large living room with access to a balcony, a bathroom with a bathtub and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, toaster and coffee maker. The apartment has free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and satellite TV. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. Laundry service can be provided by the owner in a private laundry located in the building, for an additional fee paid on site. Private parking for 1 car is available in front of the house. The new pebble beach in the bay of St. Martin is only 800 m away from the apartment.
