This beautiful new villa "Tomani" is located in a small village called Krmed, near Bale, and only 8km from the sea. The Villa is an exclusive, brand new (built in 2016) and in the whole villa you can see the istrian details. It consists of ground and first floor with a total area of 320 m2. On the ground floor: fully fitted and equipped kitchen, dining area, large living room, a bedroom with fireplace, two bathrooms and terrace with table and chairs.
