Apartment Marija is located in Štinjan, a small town near Pula and 1100 meters from the beach. It is situated on the ground floor and it can accommodate up to two persons. The apartment consists of a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a well-equipped kitchen with kitchen utensils and all the necessary contemporary cooking appliances, and a living room with a TV and a dining area. The main living area is air-conditioned. You can enter a large covered terrace with garden furniture, a small summer kitchen, and a BBQ grill from the living room. This area is perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings with family and friends. Outside, in the well-maintained garden, you can find a children's playground and a private parking space. Pet is allowed but only the dog.
