The kitchen is located in the entrance area and comes with a dishwasher, two induction hot plates, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a dining table. There is also a shower room with a bidet and toilet on this level. Additionally, you will find a boiler with a capacity of 120 liters.
