The flat \"Vista Lago\" is a nice two-room apartment in a residence with swimming pool in Rivoltella near the golden beach reachable by foot in only 8 minutes (750 meters), 3.5 km from the centre of Desenzano del Garda and 8 km from the castle of Sirmione del Garda.

Recently renovated, well furnished, it has a bedroom with a very comfortable mattress, 1 bathroom, 32\" flat screen smart TV, Wi-fi, and a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, also very comfortable.

The flat is equipped with air conditioning.

From the terrace, furnished with table and chairs, you can enjoy a wonderful view of Lake Garda.

A large closed garage is also part of the structure. Outside is also available a large free car park (not guarded).

The nearest airport is Verona, 28 km away.

It is a flat located in a quiet area, suitable for those who want to stay in the silence but at the same time be in a few minutes in a central area to enjoy all the activities of Desenzano or Sirmione.

For the use of the swimming pool we kindly recommend to follow scrupulously the condominium instructions available on site and to use only the deckchairs provided in the flat.
