The Space:

Los Olivos 13 - One Bed is a charming apartment located in the beautiful coastal town of Fanabe, offering a prime seafront position. With breath-taking views of the sea and the pool, this apartment provides an ideal retreat for a relaxing vacation.



The property features two delightful outdoor spaces, a roof terrace, and a lower balcony, both perfect for enjoying the picturesque surroundings. Accessible via external metal steps, the roof terrace is furnished with two comfortable sun loungers, as well as a welcoming patio table and chairs. Similarly, the lower balcony offers a cosy patio table and chairs, creating an inviting spot to unwind.



Stepping inside, the lounge welcomes guests with a comfortable sofa, an armchair, and a dining table with two chairs. To ensure a pleasant atmosphere, a ceiling fan provides a refreshing breeze. Entertainment options include a flat-screen TV with a wide selection of English and international satellite channels, as well as a collection of books for leisurely reading.



The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a tall fridge/freezer, oven, ceramic hob, extractor fan, microwave, kettle, and washing machine, enabling guests to prepare their favourite meals at their convenience.



The bedroom is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring a ceiling fan, a cosy double bed, a chest of drawers, a dressing table, an occasional chair, and fitted wardrobes for ample storage space.
