Villa Pikorua is a fantastic property, set in a mountain location just a short distance from Bedar village and overlooking the Mediterranean coast at the famous resort of Mojacar. Villa Pikorua is legally registered as a casa rural, with the Junta de Andalucia and complies fully with all the legal regulations required by them. The villa is furnished to a very high standard throughout. It has a large, sunny and light open plan lounge dining room which leads onto a covered terrace area with spectacular views on the Sierra Cabrera mountain range in the distance. There are 3 bedrooms on ground level, 2 with a shared bathroom and the 3rd with en-suite shower room. The master bedroom is on the 1st floor with en-suite bathroom and large terrace. There is an additional, large private terrace on the upper floor. Outside is a large private pool surrounded by an ample terrace with sun loungers, outside seating and a table tennis table for guests to enjoy. The garden is completely fenced for safety and security.
The accommodation is set on 2 levels with 3 bedrooms on ground level. The property is ideal for families with young children as well as for people with restricted mobility. The property has air conditioning in the bedrooms and main living area as well as central heating throughout.

The Kitchen:
This is an exceptionally well fitted kitchen, with a wide range of appliances including a fan assisted oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster juicer etc. The washing machine is located in the boiler room attached to the property.

The Living room/Dining room:
This very spacious, air-conditioned open plan living and dining area contains 3 sofas and a dining table with 6 chairs. Patio doors flood the room with sunshine, warmth and light as well as providing direct access to the garden and pool area.

Outside:
The very spacious grounds, with truly spectacular views of the surrounding countryside, contain a beautiful, private (10m x 5m approximately) swimming pool, a terrace with sun loungers, table tennis table, barbeque and a shaded seating & dining area.

Optional extras:
At Villa Pikorua we offer several optional extras and services for guests - several of which are unique to us. These extras can be pre- booked or arranged with us when you arrive.
Extras include: Visiting massage therapist, Reiki therapist, Personal Trainer, Yoga teacher, Pilates teacher, Nanny/childminding service, cook, extra mid stay cleans and additional linen changes. We can book excursions for our visitors including sea fishing trips, golf and horse riding etc.
We also offer, by arrangement, a chauffeur service for guests who wish to be transported from and back to their airport. Guests who arrange their own transport will be greeted upon arrival at Villa Pikorua by one of our team.
We can provide a welcome pack if you wish, for €20 plus the cost of shop on arrival. You simply send us a list of what you would like with the quantities and we will have it delivered ready for your arrival.

More about the surrounding area:
Bedar village is 5 minutes away by car. This charming and very picturesque village has several small, family run shops and restaurants, a bank, chemist, and Doctor.
Further afield at about 20 minutes away lie the famous coastal resorts of Mojacar, Garrucha, Vera and Villaricos. All are well worth a visit and we are happy to recommend other places to go and things to see if you wish.
Numerous world class beaches are within a 20 minute drive, including family beaches, those offering water sports and some with designated nudist areas.
