Villa Lukrecija is located in Lič, nearby the artificial lake Bajer and mountain Viševice. The astonishing nature of Gorski kotar is perfect for a peaceful, but also an active vacation. There are many cycling paths and walking trails to try out. Our four-star apartment for 2 + 1 persons is located on the ground floor of a detached house. Guests are free to use our private parking, a tavern, and our garden. Our guests are alone at the property, but we are available 0-24 to answer any questions. As a part of our accommodation we offer: internal fireplace, a closed-type terrace, spacious garden with several trees (fruits are free to harvest), garden furniture, an antique furniture tavern, spacious parking, and a garage for 2 cars.

Lič is a village in Gorski kotar, located in Ličko polje, not far from the mountain Viševice and the artificial lake Bajer. Lič was founded by 49 families, and with the permission of the counts of Zrinski under the hill Gradina near Ličko polje, they raised the village. In 1733, the Blessed Virgin Mary apparently appeared in the field beside the village and there is a small chapel now.
Fuzine is 3,9 km away from Lič, situated in the southwest part of Gorski kotar. Except the astonishing mountain view, evergreen woods and the beauty of its lakes, Fuzine owes its development to the very favourable location near traffic routes – once near the road Karolina, which used to connect the interior with the littoral, and in the vicinity of the railroad, and today near the highway Zagreb-Rijeka which makes the trip to the seaside just half hour long. It is a real pleasure to stay at the seaside during summer, and spend nights in Villa Lukrecija while breathing the pleasant night air of Gorski kotar.
