It leads out to the patio area. There are five large double bedrooms, each equipped with a panoramic window, two beds (90 cm), a bathroom with a shower and toilet, satellite TV, flat screen, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. These bedrooms also have access to the patio. The kitchen-living room area includes an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, and a cooking island with a dining table. It also has satellite TV, a flat screen, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, as well as access to the patio and swimming pool. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a double hand-basin.
