A three-bedroom apartment located in Kastel Stafilic, just 3 min walk from the nice pebble beach (suitable for children).

The apartment is newly renovated and fully equipped with new furniture. Interior surface of 88 m2 consists 3 bedrooms with double beds, a living room with sofa bed for two extra persons, kitchen, dining room, and bathroom with shower and a bathtub. There is also a toilet and utility room.
The balcony is oriented to the south, a large terrace (20 m2) south-west.

Guests can use the washing machine, courtyard with barbecue and 2 parking spaces (one in the garage).

The apartment is located just a minute walk from shops and bus station. Distance to the beach is 700 metres.
The apartment is easily reached from Split Airport which is at 3 km away.

From Kastel Stafilic you can go sightseeing in Trogir, Split or further away in the Dalmatian islands.
The local bus connects Kastel Stafilic to Split and Trogir and runs every 20 minutes in each direction.
