The houses are located in an open area, close to the beach, with ocean view and amazing sunrise.
It has its own big private pool with large grounds around to play and relax.There's a fully equipped BBQcorner for culinary evenings under the skies and the stars.
At 6-8 min. walking distance, there’s a mini market for the essential shopping and a very good tavern. That's why a lot of our previous guests had spent almost all day long next to the pools.
The famous and crowded places of the island are at 2,5 km (Kamari village). 6 km,(Fira town), 20km.(Oia village).
Free transportation from and to the port and airport.
Information and proposals for sightseeing, boat and bus tours, wine tasting are also provided, the booking service included.

The Location
The Villa is located in a farm with olive trees and vineyards. Most of the guests spend almost all day long next to the pools, relaxing and playing. Around sunset they taste their BBQ dinner in the garden using also the fully equipped kitchen. Alternatively, there’s a really nice tavern at 6 min. walking distance on the beach.
In the area , a few activities take place such as walking, horse riding, water sports.
Kamari village is at 2,5 km and Fira town, at 6km.
