The house is located in its own enclosed area of 800 sqm.
It's in a quiet area and very close to the beautiful beaches of Lagana, Kalamaki and in the national park of the turtle caretta caretta.
Zakynthos town is only 2,5 kms away
The house is comfortable in a modern style and full of positive energy.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with double bed, bathroom and small porch.
On the lower level there are two bedrooms with a single bed each, bathroom, hallway, dining area and kitchen.
In the living room there is a sofa bed that can sleep one more person.
There are covered terraces around the house and two big tables with chairs if you want to eat out.
There is and an external tray at the back side of the house in the garden.
It also has private parking.
