The spacious family villa Renata has 2 floors of a total of 212 m2 and a large yard of 700 m2. It is only 12 km from the center of Poreč. It takes 6 km to the first beach. The first market is 250 m away, and 300 m away is the well-known restaurant "Pizzeria Toni".

4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms can accommodate large groups of guests up to 12 persons.

Eeach bedroom is equipped with air conditioning unit and a flat-screen satellite TV. 3 bedrooms have an attached private bathroom with a shower. 2 bedrooms have a private balcony / terrace.

The house features a total of 2 balconies and 2 terraces, overlooking the pool and the natural scenery. Sea view is featured when there is no clouds.

Each floor has its own living room with air conditioning and its own kitchen with dishwasher and oven. The guest toilet is on the ground floor.

Private yard features a covered outside table for 12 persons with a barbecue. For a perfect summer joy there is a 33 m2 pool with 8 deck chairs and 3 sunshades. Children can enjoy swings near the pool.
