This 85² apartment, in an old venetian house, is my personal residence in Venice.
A fully restored traditional wood beamed open attic. The two storey flat offers an elegant entrance hall with large double window overlooking the front canal.
At upper floor: living room with top quality fully equipped kitchenette, 1 master bedroom with impressive view of Madonna dell’ Orto church front, a second double/twin bedroom, 1 spacious bathroom WC/bidet/ bath/shower, + a second WC with hand basin. A decorative spiral staircase leads from the living room to a small roof landing overlooking the picturesque canal in front of the house.
Easy to reach either by water taxi or public transport: Vaporetto 4.2 and 5.2 from Piazzale Roma car terminal or from Santa Lucia train station.
By Alilaguna/Orange direct line from Venice -Marco Polo airport.
No bridge to cross with your luggage to reach the apartment from the nearest water bus stop ( Madonna dell’ Orto, 100 mt away).
The apartment is recommended both for romantic escapes and for family holidays.
