A recently refurbished villa in the heart of Puerto De Mazarron. The property is part of a secure gated community with a large swimming pool, a few minutes stroll from the towns marina, shops, restaurants and excellent beaches. Ideal for families.
Upstairs there are three bedrooms offering sleeping for 6. The main bedroom has a double bed and a delightful balcony. The second bedroom has twin beds and there are bunk beds in the third. There is a large fully tiled walk in shower room with sink and WC. All of the bedrooms have wardrobes and storage space.
The owners provide bedding, hairdryer, indoor towels and beach towels.
On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge, which leads on to the rear terrace. The front terrace with stone barbecue is reached through the well equipped kitchen. There is a tiled washroom with sink and WC.
The property has a washing machine, air conditioning, free wi fi and a TV with English and Spanish channels. There is a large selection of outdoor furniture available, for dining, relaxing and sunbathing. The rear terrace, which gets the sun all day, leads to the pool area which is for residents only.
