The villa was originally built in 1910 by the Former Duke of Valance for his mistress, and it was also known as the 'Eagles Nest' during the Second World War.

This beautiful property measuring 400 sq. metres has been completely renovated and offers extremely comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests, plus an additional two upon request. Air-conditioning is available throughout the property.

A fully equipped, modern open plan kitchen is located on the ground floor complete with 2 fridges, both a traditional and steam oven, a dishwasher and a TV, and leads directly onto an outside dining area.

There is a spacious open plan living area with modern fireplace, TV (Netflix and Apple TV) and a large dining table that comfortably seats 10 guests. Again, this light spacious living area benefits from the stunning views and leads directly onto an outdoor terrace.
The ground floor also provides an office area (sofa bed can be added on request, for children only)

On the first floor there are 3 en-suite bedrooms, all with a king-size bed and TV.

The master suite offers a large en-suite bathroom with free-standing bath as well as a large walk in shower and separate toilet.
All bedrooms have access to a balcony with stunning sea views.

WiFi is also available throughout the villa as well as a SONOS installation, Netflix and Apple TV.

The perfectly maintained garden area is spread over 5,000 sq. metres and offers spectacular views from all angles.

There is a large heated pool with easy step access and a pool house, with several sun terraces to relax by the pool or simply enjoy the beauty of the spectacular views.

Due to the lack of a security railing on one of the terraces, we would not recommend families with very young children.
