Outside, the retreat benefits from a lovely private garden with small lawn, an alfresco dining set for 4 and a pair of sun loungers. Next to the garden, a private parking space is conveniently provided.

The holiday home is situated along the quiet secondary road of ‘Via Arezzo’ in Massa. Guests are within an easy 7-15 minutes’ walk away from the local restaurants, a gelateria, supermarket, shopping mall, a tennis club, a selection of lido beaches and the Parco WWF Centre Didattico Ronchi’.

Heating costs an extra €20 per day.
