This stunning villa is situated in an elevated position on a small urbanization approx 4 km from Nerja and 2 km or short walk from the village of Frigiliana.

La Parra Grande (4 Bedrooms) has breathtaking views to the sea and mountains including a lovely aspect of the village Frigiliana from all angles and is beautifully decorated and well equipped. The Villa has a private driveway with electric gates.

The private pool is 8m x 3m, depth 1m to 2m and roman steps, with large terrace, sofas, tables, BBQ, umbrellas and sun loungers.

The villa has a large kitchen and living areas with all mod cons, including air- conditioning, satellite television and wireless broadband internet access and courtyard terraces with trampoline and table tennis to front and rear.

The large open-plan kitchen/breakfast area has induction hob, microwave, double oven, American style fridge freezer with icemaker, dishwasher plus adjoining utility room with washing machine.

The main entrance and hallways are spacious with an additional toilet room. There is a separate dining room and large lounge room, with high ceilings both have wood burning fires and each lead onto the large covered outside dining area with gas BBQ. There is also a large courtyard area with a trampoline.

The master suite consists of a spacious bedroom, with a king size bed, sofa bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a large terrace with sea views. The second room has a king size bed and an area for an extra single bed (when required), this bedroom also has an en-suite and both room have views. The third room is a double bedroom an en-suite both rooms with views. The fourth bedroom is the bunk bed room with large window views. All bedrooms have amazing views to the village of Frigiliana and surrounding mountains.

This large 4 bedroom Villa has an additional 2 bedroom lower, self-contained and completely private Villa (Le Parra Pequena). This can be rented with the Main Villa (if required) or can be rented as 2 separate Villas. Access to both villas via a gate which can be locked or unlocked depending on request. Both have no shared areas.
