There is air condition in both bedrooms! This one of our best properties, full of comfort, thought for our most demanding customers. Las Canteras Beach is one of the best city beaches in Spain holding 3 km length. The promenade boasts a lively ambience full of shops, restaurants, and all you may need on foot!

This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection.

**This property is located within a residential area, therefore all activities that may disturb other guests or neighbours are strictly forbidden.

**One baby stays free of charge in a babycot, a highchair will be provided as well (on request)

** A dog is allowed with a surcharge of 100 EUR for the total duration of the stay.

**Late check in carry the following extra charges:

-Between 20:30 and 22:00 - EUR 30
-Between 22:00 and 00:00 - EUR 50
