This stone built villa is ideal for those that want to be by the sea all day long. Below the villa is the beautiful sandy beach of Spathi, which has water sports, a beach bar/cafe, umbrellas and sunbeds. The villa is made of solid stone and has large covered verandas from where one can sit and enjoy the view. Inside there are two large bedrooms and one open area with two single beds for children. The ideal vacation spot for a relaxing and swimming.

Kea, also known as Tzia, is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are three to four ferry boats in the summer months going to and from the island. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out in the summer months. Most of these homes have been built from local stone, giving Kea its unique architectural style. Kea is known as the "hidden gem" in the Cycladic islands, as it has kept its original charm.

The villa is in the area of Spathi, with direct access to the sea. Spathi has a well known beautiful sandy beach, with a beach bar, cafe and restaurant. The beach also offers, umbrellas, sunbeds and water sports. The location is ideal fro those that want to just sit back and relax.

The villa, which is 150sq meters, is set on a 4,800sq meters plot of land, with steps leading directly to the sea. Spathi is 18 kilometers from the Port of Kea, the last 4 kilometers are a dirt road.

Description: The villa is on two levels, the first level has a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area and an open-plan kitchen. From the living room and dining area there are balcony doors that lead to a covered veranda, from where one can sit and enjoy the sea view. On the lower level there is a master bedroom with a fireplace and an en-suite bathroom, a second bathroom, a second bedroom with a fireplace and an "open- plan" sleeping area with two single beds near the stairs, ideal for children.

The villa/house/apartment will be de-sanitized, including the air-conditioning units before guests arrive and after their departure.
