Seli Village House is a beautiful traditional stone house for 6 persons situated in a small picturesque village in the western part of the magical island of Crete and was originally built in 1730. The residence name is inspired by the location of the building. This specific neighborhood of the village Kampos was known as “Seli” which means horse saddle in Venetian language (“cella”) and describes the hills shape on which it is built on. The house is completely renovated and modernized in 2017 with a lot of respect and love to the traditional details. The ground floor, Apartment Anaxagoras (a studio for 2 people), is characterized by an original Venetian style arch which in an open space arrangement divides the living from the sleeping area. From here you have the direct access to the romantic garden area with big dining table, sun loungers and BBQ. The upper floor, Apartment Chrysi, with its two bedrooms for 4 people offers a wide valley view until the sea. Feel free to enjoy this breathtaking nature panorama while having a relaxing bath in your Jacuzzi.
