Villa

Superb south facing detached villa with sea and mountain views, and less than 2.0km from Peniscola South Beach. Situated on the urbanisation of Nerea it has the benefit of not only our own private pool, but an additional communal pool. The Urbanisation has a French restaurant, with another communal pool for clients, which is add benefit.
With South facing terraces and balcony it has plenty of space to spread out and relax either in the sun or shade. There is also a ‘Chiringuito’ with BBQ area at the rear of the house which is very private.
The house is well equipped and comfortable, with linen included, together with air conditioning or central heating depending on the time of year. There is a smart TV in the lounge, giving access to the internet. Car Parking is either on the driveway or the street.

The villa is perfect for either a quite relaxing holiday with the life of the town close by or those who wish to be more active, there are plenty activities: walking in the natural park, cycling, swimming, jet ski hire, paddle boarding etc. There is a gymnasium in the town where they run various classes, spinning, pilates, zumba, body pump etc.

The Costa Azahar, know as the ‘Orange Blossom Coast has a superb climate, is bounded by Catalonia in the north and Valencia to the South. An area of great contrast and beauty, with stunning sea views, mountain ranges, traditional fishing villages, the Ebro Delta and natural parks. The popular tourist resorts of Peniscola, Vinaros and Alcossebre offer many fiestas, markets, bars and restaurants.

All along the coast there is a wide range of beaches from long sandy stretches, to quiet coves backed by natural parks and orange groves. Throughout the area there is much history and the inland mountain areas offering a wealth of variety from, walking, cycling, bird watching, to fishing along the Ebro.

If you want to visit the cities of Valencia, Taragona or Barcelona, the best option is to catch the train from the station at Benicarlo. There is also a bus from the town to Barcelona/Airport which is very useful.
