The villa is tastefully and modern furnished and fully equipped including air-conditioning, Internet, common and private pool.

There are four terraces, one out from the living room which is furnished with a large seating area, dining table.
Another terrace on the top floor connected to bedroom and two terraces on ground level, one at the private pool and one terrace located in the garden, furnish.
Gorgeous views from every room of either the sea and beach or to the stunning Mijas mountains!

Downstairs: Two bedrooms, closets, two bathrooms, where one is equipped with a washing machine. Entrance to the two ground level terraces and garden.
Main floor. Fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, hall, wardrobe, toilet and terrace.
Upper floor: bedroom, bathroom, wardrobe and terrace.

The private pool about 2.5 meter , is suitable for cooling down and play for children. The community pool is stunning with views to beach, sea and town. About 8 meter.

The villa has all the amenities; Internet, television, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer, iron / ironing board, A/C, linens, towels, beach towels and cot.

Private parking space at the house, located in a residential area secured with access port.

Easy access to taxis and public transport.
