Its a 620 sqf (5 x 11 sqm) swimming pool is situated within a 15'000 sqf private Mediterranean garden on the Côte d'Azur (French Riviera). Behind the house, the sandy soil welcomes in your late afternoon pétanque games along with a Pastis glass in the shadow of 2 big pine trees!
With three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it does feature an open living, dining area on the kitchen looking onto the pool.
The heart of La Bouverie village is 5 minutes walk away and features all what's needed: French bakery, pharmacy, hairdresser, supermarket, post office.
The region offer also a lot of activities:
- boat shuttles and excusions to Saint Tropez, the islands of Porquerolles with Les Bateaux Verts from Les Issambres harbour
- visits of the typical villages of Provence (Bagnols-en-Forêt, Caillan, Seillans, Faience)
- the famous beaches of Côte d'Azur (La Plage d'argent, Fréjus Plage)- visit the vineyards (Domaine de La Bouverie)
