The apartment is on the first floor with amazing view to the sea and to the mountain of 'Enos'. The apartment (55m2) has 2 big bedrooms, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment is comfortable, afford air-condition, television, wireless-internet and washing-machine (common).

The complex is surrounded by a large garden with lawn, trees and flowers. Garden well maintained for children to play. In the garden you can find barbeque, pergola, showers, washing machine, and a covered dining area (pergola) ideal for dinner and overlooking the sea. Parking on site. Pets allowed upon request. There is no infrastructure for accommodaitng people with disabilities.
