A magnificent complex consisting of a guesthouse of approximately 140 sqm. surface and a main house of approximately 240 sqm. surface, surrounded by a mature garden, protected from the eye by a tall wall on a plot of land of approximately 1.400 sqm. The two houses share a large pool (220 cubic meter of water). This rare housing complex, is to be found in the quiet village of Dryos some 50 meters from the sea.

The guesthouse features one master bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, a dressing corridor with closets and a door that separates it from the rest of the house. There are two more bedrooms, one with two beds on a cement basis and one bedroom with twin beds. Said two bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a living room, a dining room, two outside areas of breakfast and a large kitchen equipped with all required white goods. The guesthouse is surrounded by large verandas.

There is a secluded beach 2 minutes walk from the house. In 5 minutes car ride, one can enjoy the island’s longest sandy beach, Golden Beach.
