Romantica Luxury Villa is an 170 sq meter modern home with 4 different bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the main one with Jacuzzi. In an plant of 6000meters with your own garden and the stoned based barbeque. You can experienced the real Cretan life, leaving in a dreaming home with sea and mountain view. Drinking a glass of wine and measuring the stars and collect your own vegetables of preparing your food. Children would love the 250 sq meter of grass in the front of the house and the outsides toys.
The main bedroom with ensuit bathroom with shower, has an amazing view of the Cretan mountain around 30sq meter with a king sized bed. The second bedroom has ensuite bathroom a bit smaller with fitted wardroow and a large double bed. The third and the four bedroom have one double bed and 2 single beds accordingly. All the bedrooms are on the back side of the home and in the front are the living area and the kitchen. In an open space with 2 large glazed windows doors and smaller ones with a large fireplace is the living area. Sitting in the sofa and you think that you can reach the sea and the sky. A large dining area with impressive furniture and a full equipment kitchen will make your preparation of food, relaxed and enthusiastic.
At the back yard, full of olive trees and lemon trees and the garden full of vegetables. At any time of visiting us it would be fresh organic vegetables to pick up. A small coop with 5 chickens will provide you your morning eggs.

The area around the home is stoned based and the outside door and the parking door is electric used and you would have your own remote control. Georgioupolis village is just 5 minutes away with car and the beach as well. We can help you with the renting of a car. OF course you can do that on foot , around 15 minutes if you would like walking.
Georgioupolis is a seaside resort located 38km east of Chania and 21km west of Rethymnon. Three rivers meet the sea at the village; the largest, Almiros, creates a small harbor for fishing and tourist boats. The entrance to the village on the old road from Vrisses is a long avenue of eucalyptus trees.
Formerly a small fishing village, Georgioupolis is very much a tourist town now, with many cafés, tavernas and small hotels and apartment blocks. The town square is surrounded by outdoor seating used by tourists enjoying their drinks and ice creams. The 9 km (6 mi) beach is the main attraction of the area, with Kalyvaki beach on the other side of the river as well. Georgioupolis beach is sandy with large dunes and shallow waters. It is very well organized with lifeguards and is ideal for children.
