Open plan living/dining room with large rustic dining table and a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine with a zona notte for extra sleeping space. There is also an independent casetta with a small double bed and en suite bathroom.

Set in gated grounds with classically Mediterranean olive, citrus, fig and almond trees. Twenty minutes from the airport and only a five minute drive to the beautiful town of Alghero, with its spellbinding historical centre, marina, bars, excellent restaurants and shops. Also only a five minute drive to the local La Speranza beach with pure white sand, turquoise water and local restaurant/bar.
